Disney Life is Disney's venture into the streaming video universe. Tests of this product were initially in the UK exclusively. However, install numbers were low and our team was tasked to redesign the UA/social media ads to increase KPI. Our solution was to start from the beginning by clearly demonstrating what is available with a subscription. From there we'd create single offering videos diving deeper into each silo (movies, books, music etc). Our efforts were met with extreme enthusiasm from our UK partners as installs were increased by 300%.
